Return & Refund Policy
Easy returns
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Please share an unboxing picture or video of the issue.
- Some items (e.g. undergarments, cosmetics once opened) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and checked, the refund is sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days, or you can choose an exchange.
